The fees for our emergency consultations in London depend on the time you book your appointment.

All pricing information is made clear to you when you call.

At the end of the consultation, our vet will send you a detailed invoice showing the 20% VAT applied to all our services.

2025 prices for emergency home vet consultations

The price of the procedure only includes the cost of the emergency consultation and our journey to your home.

Care, examinations and treatments will be added to your detailed invoice. The cost of treatment cannot be anticipated by our call centre teams, but may be the subject of an oral estimate from our vet.

However, in certain special cases, we will be able to estimate the total costs fairly accurately and tell you when you call:

  1. Euthanasia of your pet
  2. Cremation of your deceased pet

We accept the following methods of payment at home:

  1. Cash, subject to top-up,
  2. Payment by credit card
  3. Payment in 3X Alma by credit card.

Reimbursement of our emergency fees

Animal health insurance companies reimburse our emergency fees.

To do this, you must have taken out cover with an animal health mutual insurance company, and have exceeded the waiting period stipulated in your contract.

In theory, the costs of our emergency home consultations are covered, even under the cheapest plans.

Whether your pet has been the victim of an accident or illness, the amount invoiced by our vet should be reimbursed to you:

  1. in full if you have 100% cover, with no excess
  2. partially, up to your level of cover, less the excess.

To speed up the reimbursement process, we provide you with a completed, signed and stamped treatment form at the end of the consultation. All you have to do is send this document to your animal health insurance company, together with our consultation report, the prescription and the invoice.
